(Bayport, Texas) Report on situation at Velsicol Chemical Corporation in Bayport, Texas; plant manufactured pesticide Phosvel until January, but cans still stored around Houston area. [Former plant supervisor Ray DAVID - describes conditions of workers.] 1 of those affected is Don Jackson. [JACKSON - describes conditions of workers.] Actions by company, federal government and Environmental Protection Agency re: matter noted.
