(Studio) Iceland breaks off diplomatic relations with Britain.

(Icelandic Seas) Rift between 2 NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) members is most serious NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) problem since Greece and Turkey clashed 2 years ago. Iceland demands that British warships stop protecting British fishing boats within Iceland's 200-mi. limit. Britain doesn't recognize limit. Iceland is valuable strategic area for NATO. United States mans base there.
