(Studio) Chinese government gives lavish banquet in ex-pres. Richard Nixon's honor.

(Peking, People's Republic of China) Crowd cheers as Nixons disembark. Acting premier Hua Kuo-feng and 8 others greet Nixons. At banquet, Nixon speaks of Sino-American friendship and world peace. Nixon confers with Chinese representatives; to meet with Chairperson Mao Tse-tung again.
