Adela Rogers Saint Johns, ex-reporter for Hearst papers, noted. Defense attorney F. Lee Bailey flies copters in spare time; owns company that sells them. Judge Carter determined to have jury picked by tonight. Jurors to be sequestered in nearby Holiday Inn.
