(Studio) Jimmy Carter and Fred Harris lead Oklahoma caucuses.

(Studio) In DC, Bentsen spokesperson says close look to be taken at future campaign matters. Carter tells Illinois farmers that welfare recipients should be given job training and literacy instruction; then removed from welfare if they refuse a job.
