(Studio) Federal Election Commission (FEC) gives out another $1 million in matching pol. funds and prepares to go into limbo.

(DC) [Federal Election Commission chairperson Thomas CURTIS - says funds okayed for George Wallace.] chart shows ant. of federal funds dispensed to: Wallace, Ford, Reagan, Jackson, Carter Udall, Harris, Church, McCormack, Bentsen, Bayh, Shapp, Shriver and Sanford. Supreme Court rules funds must be stopped until Congress makes cmsnrs. presidential appointees. [CURTIS - says situation could be solved quickly.] Congress members try to work out agreement. Federal Election Commission report suggests changes in legislature that created them.
