(Studio) Temperatures rptd in 90's on e coast. Rains help Southwest farmers. Report on Minot, North Dakota.

(Minot, North Dakota) Souris River crests at 7 foot above flood level. Dikes hold. [Army Corps of Engineers James RUYAK - says flood peak reached. If systems maintained, it'll be okay.] Dikes will be needed until end of May. Evacuated residents cam return in May. 1000's of farmlands under water. [MIN. - tells worshipers that it's "some Easter".] River waters receding.
