(Boston, Massachusetts) Damage from blast shown. [Court Clerk John POWERS - says bomb threat received but not believed.] Officials say blast occurred when bomb squad arrived. Building cleared. [Police chief Robert DIGRAZIA - says have suspect's description.] [EYEWITNESS - describes blast.] [2nd EYEWITNESS - describes blast.] [3rd EYEWITNESS - tells what he did after blast.] More bldgs. evacuated later due to bomb threats.
