(Studio) Jackson seems to be hoping only for delegate votes rather than winning popularity contest, as Carter expected to do. Jackson thought of as stand-in for Humphrey. "Stop Carter" strategy noted. Jackson has gone down in popularity polls. He's in hands of organized labor and political machine in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is really Humphrey versus Carter campaign. If Hubert H. Humphrey picked at conv., them the burden of being Picked without campaigning will be upon him.
