(Studio) "CBS-New York Times" polled voters. Wisconsin poll shows Carter and Representative Morris Udall in tight race, with Senator Henry Jackson and Alabama Governor George Wallace far behind. President Ford leads Ronald Reagan in WI. 206 Democrat New York delegates being chosen; 68 to be selected later. No 1 candidate has slate of delegates in each of the 39 districts.

(WI) Carter says he wouldn't be disapptd. with close 2nd to Udall's win here. Carter expects win in WI. Says he can't predict outcome of New York race, but will be moral victory if he cones in 2nd to Jackson win. Feels he'll win Pennsylvania primary if wins in Wisconsin and gets 2nd in New York.

(New York) Jackson's organization worried about uncommitted New York delegates, upstate victory for Carter, and Jackson's predictions of landslide victory. Carter win in Wisconsin could hurt Jackson New York win.
