(Studio) Thousands protesters, include some mayors, rally at steps of capitol to protest Office of Economic Opportunity abolition and antipoverty program cuts.

(DC) 10,000 protesters rally. Feel Office of Economic Opportunity abolition will mean 30,000 will lose jobs and poor will be helpless. [Mrs. Martin Luther KING, Junior - says husband dreamed of just society. That dream being deferred and perhaps destroyed.] [Senator Jacob JAVITS - says Congress will fight administration to keep antipoverty program alive.]
