(Capitol Hill) [Senator John PASTORE - asks Clay Whitehead what he means by ideological plugola.] [White House adviser Clay WHITEHEAD - says reporters plug certain ideas they like.] [PASTORE - suggests Nixon does this whenever he has news conf.] [WHITEHEAD - says everybody plugs ideas.] [PASTORE - asks if Whitehead would repeat December speech.] [WHITEHEAD - says yes.] [PASTORE - says when you begin to talk about news faults when TV stations are subject to license the result is that news coverage ceases to exist.]
