(DC) Campaign strategy meeting held at White House Ford attends Armed Forces Day ceremony at Washington Monument. [FORD - notes defense additions to bolster armed forces.] Ford headquarters staff cut back 25% to make more funds available for television time. Ford will make television speech to Michigan voters; talk to be modeled after Reagan's television talks.
