REPORTER: Walter Cronkite
(DC) Kissinger thinks that political debate focusing on him rather than foreign policy confuses many foreign govts. and undercuts American's position in world. Kissinger schedules foreign travel and domestic speeches to fight for his policies. He resents reports of his being growing political liability. Kissinger may fall victim to faltering campaign.
