(DC) Ex-mil. meat inspectors testify they allowed military to buy inferior meat at quality meat prices. They received free gifts and services from meat companies [Meat insp. SP/4 Nadja HOYER-BOOTH - lists gifts she recd.] [Senator Lawton CHILES - asks if she knew it was wrong to take gifts.] [HOYER-BOOTH - says everyone was doing it. Not afraid of getting caught.] Meat packers to testify later.
