(Studio) Israeli police and security are on full alert in occupied west bank on 28th anniversary of Israel independence.

(Occupied West Bank) Israeli government considers plans for 22 more Jewish settlements in occupied land. There are 60 new Israeli towns in area. Premier Yitzhak Rabin ignores American warning against settlements. Settlement plan attributed to foreign minister Yigal Allon noted. Arabs see settlements as threats to their futures.
