(Chicago, Illinois) ERA supporters came from 31 states to Illinois. Vote stalled in state legislature for year NOW orgs. rally. ERA supporters talk to women in areas where state senators say they'll vote against measure. [SUPPORTER - talks to woman about amendment.] [Illinois state senate Harber HALL - says he's trying to kill ERA.] [Illinois state senate John DAVIDSON - says rally doesn't impress him.] (Springfield, Illinois) ERA supporters march to capitol. [ERA proponent Mary Jean COLLINS - says can't tolerate inequality any longer.]
