Workmen at the Econ. Min. cover over remnants of 1st regime of President Juan Peron. Inflation of 600% per yr. conts. Govt. says rate is slowing. Govt. urges self-control. Wage increases ldtd. Govt. tries to increase farm and industry exports. 8000 unsold cars at Ford Motor plant prompt 5-wk. shutdown. Pol. violence still at high level. Govt. led by President Jorge Rafael Videla promises authentic democrat when economy has recovered.
