(Studio) Ohio Representative Wayne Hays denies he kept Elizabeth Ray, 27, on House payroll as his mistress. He cancels trip to Britain to deal with allegations. Ray locked out of $14,000 year job. "Washington Star" reports Ray to publish book and has posed for future "Playboy" edition. 2 House panels consider investigations.
