(Studio) Washington, DC federal grand jury investigates sex scandal between Representative Wayne Hays and Elizabeth Ray. House Ethics Committee considers probe.

(DC) [Representative Romano MAZZOLI - says Hays would be doing public service to resign.] [Representative Martin RUSSO - says Const. due process of law applies to Congress members also.] Congress secys. wear buttons which show amusement at Ray's claim of secretarial inability when she was hired. "Washington Star" reports Ray sought advice from Small Business Admin. with regard to financing bus. Hays goes home to Ohio.
