(White House) [Council Econ. Advisers spokesperson Ezra SOLOMON - says United States can have healthy economy growth without inflation and without war. Feels imbalance of trade poses no real threat to prosperity.] Solomon says rent increases will be watched carefully. President wants inflation rate of 2 1/2%.
