(Studio) President Ford asks Congress for $200 million aid for N.E. ID.

(DC) If necessary, Ford will ask for more aid for Teton Dam flood victims.

(ID) Damage noted. 30-40 still missing. Survivors count on government for help. [Elda and Edwin SMITH - say it's government's fault they're in this mess. Grateful to be alive.] [Survivor Shae ANDERSON - says still in shock; must pick up pieces and go on.] Investigations underway to determine why Teton Dam collapsed. May take years to decide reason for collapse and to determine liability.
