(Studio) Groups of Moslems who support and oppose Syrian intervention in Lebanon fight each year PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) leader Yasir Arafat appeals for Arab summit to discuss fighting.

(Lebanon) Christian family featured. They are usually without electricity and only have drinking water at times. Male providers have jobs with foreign-based company and in Europe. Family eats canned goods, eggs and vegetables. Group lives in Moslem area. Militant Christians consider those who refuse to fight traitors. Moslems supply Christian families who stayed on with food. [MAN - says his Lebanon is finished.] Family thinking of leaving.
