(Studio) Army awards its commendation medal to 1st Lieutenant James Pelosi, who suffered West Point punishment of "the silence" 6 years ago. Pelosi credited with saving man's life in Germany. Pelosi found guilty of cheating by cadet honor committee Ofrs. review board exonerated him, but fellow cadets imposed "silence" on him anyway. Silence as punishment abolished 3 mos. after Pelosi graduated.
