(NYC) Libya ambassador denounces Israeli raid at Entebbe Airport. Africans want council to condemn Israel for raid. Cuba agrees. Africans lost major support because they have brushed aside hijacking issue that started whole episode. Africans may withdraw resolution or adjourn debate. United States and British resolution condemns hijacking and calls for international action against it. Angolo-American resolution has no chance of passing either. Security Council evading issue.
