Job security is main issue. [UAW President Leonard WOODCOCK - says UAW seeking settlement, not strike.] [GM Vice President George MORRIS - says decision will affect national economy] Some auto workers picket meeting 1977 cars to be smaller; it takes fewer men to construct smaller car.
