Company Robert CULP - notes risk of liability and what it means to insurance companies] Culp suggests private companies pool resources and government provide backup insurance Ins. execs. to meet with Department of Health, Education and Welfare Secretary Monday with regard to pooling. Mfrs. to keep producing vaccine. Committee will move quickly if meeting successful.
