(Peking, China (PR)) People move outside to the sts. after quakes hit. Damage shown. Med. teams sent to areas south of Peking. [Jules CAHN - describes quake.] [June CAHN - says people convinced to stay outdoors.] All bldgs. ordered evacuated.
