(Los Angeles, California) Reaching verdict could take longer than expected. Jury and defense attorney Leonard Weinglass request written copies of Judge Mark Brandler's instructions; requests denied. Attorney Weinglass says defendants optimistic but concerned about kidnap and robbery charges related to Richard (sic) Sutter, whose car figured in case. Guilty verdict on these counts could bring life in prison.
