(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Royal yacht, Britannia, brings Queen and Prince Philip to Pennsylvania. Governor Milton Shapp, Mayor Frank Rizzo, other officials and crowd greet Queen and Prince. They receive royal proclamation from mayor at City Hall and visit Liberty Bell. Queen presents United States with new liberty bell.
