(Studio) Jimmy Carter goes to Atlanta, Georgia, to address group of nation's. lawyers.
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite

(Atlanta, Georgia) Carter speaks to American Bar Association convention here; asks lawyers to join him in restoration of fairness and justice to American legal system. [CARTER - says nation has failed to establish and maintain higher standards of justice and morality in post-Watergate era.] Carter to continue working on general election campaign; to join Walter Mondale for further briefings by CIA Director George Bush; and to talk with Georgia Governor Jerry Brown with regard to California campaign.
