(Studio) Congress reconvenes. Abortion bill noted, with regard to Medicaid.

(NYC) Medicaid and abortion considered. Hospital film shown. 1973 Supreme Court decision noted. [James BUCKLEY - speaks with regard to matter.] Department of Health, Education and Welfare estimate of Medicaid $ spent on abortion given. Poverty aspect noted. [WOMAN - speaks of hazards of backyard abortions.] [2nd WOMAN - speaks of her abortion.] [3rd WOMAN - notes incrd. number on welfare if Medicaid does not pay for abortions.] Department of Health, Education and Welfare stance said same as last woman to speak. History of Senate vote on issue given. Future vote considered.
