MILLSTONE - cites credit company report to auto. insurance company Says it seemed to him inappropriate for investigation for auto. insurance] Millstone awarded damages in court and company said practices were faulty. SLAYBACK - says report on Millstone violated every procedure of companies in business] Reporter notes companies objections to broadening protection. Commission has until next June to receive whether or not further protection for consumers is needed.
