[Defense lawyer Leonard WEINGLASS - says Harrises not surprised or upset about sentences. Will appeal.] Patricia Hearst to go on trial January 10 for same charges: robbery, kidnap and assault. Harrises to be taken to Alameda Cnty. for charging in Patricia Hearst kidnap.
