(Studio) Riots continue in Soweto, South Africa. Prime Minister John Vorster and Rhodesia Prime Minister Ian Smith meet in Pretoria to discuss Rhodesia turning over government to black major rule. Major rule in all of South Africa is theme of Secretary of State Henry Kissinger's shuttle mission to continent. Kissinger arrives today in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; government there says efforts will be useless and calls on United States to side with blacks in issue.
