(Studio) Justice Department confirms FBI investigation of Socialist Workers' party being called off. For 38 years, no charges of law violations have been produced.

(DC) Justice Department official spokesperson says Attorney General Edward Levi told FBI Director Clarence Kelley to call investigation off. Says Attorney General ended investigation under Justice Department new guidelines which provide for end to investigation if group has been investigated for year or more without turning up any violation of law.
