(Studio) Henry Kissinger returns from Africa, via London. Ford lauds accomplishment.

(DC) [FORD - urges Africa solution to African problem.] Ford grateful for British and South African efforts. Did not mention Henry Kissinger in his formal remarks. Kissinger talks with Ford. Ford's use of "we" in his statement interpreted in light of upcoming debate with Carter on foreign policy.
