(DC) Ford signs legislature to expand national park system and to increase money for historic preservation. [FORD - cites objections to some parts of bill, but enthusiastic about principle.] Senator Interior Committee members note administration originally opposed bill. Acrimonious scene in White House press room re: Ford's golf trips described. Ronald Nessen's reaction described. United States Steel, Bethlehem Steel, Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, and Alcoa said involved in golf trips. Nessen quoted on screen. Could not get information reporters sought.
