(Studio) Congress overrides Ford veto and HEW-Labor bill. Bill too costly and election year pols. being played, Ford says. Republicans join override votes. Vote given. 4-yr. extension of revenue-sharing program sent by Congress to President $25 billion to be provided to state and local govts. White House indicates Ford will sign bill for public service jobs. Way cleared for Congress adjournment.
