(Studio) Saigon government accuses Communists of more cease-fire violations. Violations impending Vietnam prisoners of war exchanges.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner
(Ben Tre, South Vietnam) ARVN sergeant Banh is South Vietnam prisoners of war released in first Vietnam POW exchange. Is now in relaxation camp in South Vietnam. So far no family has come to meet him. ABC reporter tries to locate family. Finds father who didn't know of son's release. Banh's sister also told. Banh held prisoner by Viet Cong in Cambodia. Says most POW's died in captivity.
