(Studio) Cold weather conts. Energy emergencies in Minnesota and Pennsylvania noted.

(Columbus, Ohio) Temperatures in Cincinnati, Akron and Canton, Ohio, noted. Some plants, like General Motors Corporation plant in Dayton, Ohio, reopen, but most closed. Ohio State University closed today also. People find 1 doesn't have to climb Mt. Everest to get frostbite. Other problems, include fuel shortages and frozen rivers, noted.
