(Wounded Knee, South Dakota) Feds. put road blocks back up because feel Indians used removal of blocks to reinforce defense Hundreds non-Indian outsiders have flocked to Wounded Knee. Most are young radicals. Indians divided over whether to let them in. Issue strict warnings against use of drugs and alcohol. [AIM leader Carter CAMP - says Sioux can deal with United States government as independent nation] Situation grave.
