(Studio) Independent panel of engineers releases report on ID's Teton Dam collapse of last year; says 13 other Western dams have problems.

(DC) Findings of panel listed. Interior Department's bureau of reclamation, which designed and built dam, won't comment on report, but today issues report on 13 other water projects with problems and says operation has been modified until Congress authorizes money for repairs. [Bureau commissioner Gilbert STAMM - notes operation modification.] Interior Department reviewing bureau's dam-building procedures; Idaho Senator Frank Church says Senator will also investigate.
