(DC) Details given with regard to Comptroller John Heimann's order to suspend trading of NBG stock for 10 days, and of request of bank president Robert Guyden that Lance reveal details of negotiations in few days. Info. re: prospective purchaser and conditions of purchase, just learned, cited. Possibility of Securities and Exchange Commission suspension of Lance from banking, for past practices, noted.
