(Capitol Hill) Under questioning by Senator Robert Byrd about White House cncl. John Dean, Gray testifies Dean lied to FBI agent with regard to Watergate defendant E. Howard Hunt. Dean told agent he didn't know if Hunt had office in White House when Dean had just had that office searched and contents of office safe removed and turned over to him. [BYRD - says is amazing Gray would continue to turn over raw FBI files to Dean.] [Senator Charles MATHIAS - says Gray confirmation doubtful.]
