(Studio) 4 men who broke Into Democrat headquarters at Watergate complex in 1972 agree to accept out-of-court settlement in lawsuit claiming they were misled with regard to break-in. Money to come from 1972 Nixon campaign fund. Men are Bernard Barker, Virgilio Gonzalez, Frank Sturgis and Eugenio Martinez. Another Watergate figure, Howard Hunt, expected to be paroled Wednesday Supreme Court refuses to review case of John Ehrlichman. REPORTER: Roger Mudd
