(Studio) United States cuts in military aid to Argentina, Uruguay and Ethiopia due to human rights violations noted. Now Brazil cancels military aid contract with US, because of United States interest in human rights of Brazilians.

(DC) Reasons for deterioration of relations with Brazil include State Department report to Congress with regard to human rights violations there, United States attempts to stop nuclear power agreement between Brazil and West Germany and feud over higher and rising coffee prices.
