(DC) Recent remarks of United Nations ambassador Andrew Young with regard to Africa, United Nations delegate remarks with regard to Chile and Carter with regard to Mid. East peace cited. Brazil was once 1 of strongest Latin American allies. During World War II Brazil and Mexico kept continent in line against Argentina and confined Nazi actions. United States policy with regard to military aid and relations with USSR with regard to human rights also noted.
