(Paris, France) (US Coast Guard film shown.) Report on French company's proposal to tow icebergs from Antarctica through Indian Ocean and anchor them in Red Sea off Saudi Arabia to be melted down. American scientists skepticism noted, though some say it might be possible some day by towing to Australia.
