(Studio) United States delegation to Vietnam arrives in Hanoi; is 1st official American delegation in Vietnam since fall of Saigon at end of war.

Delegation to meet with Premier Pham Van Dong on Thursday and commission chairperson Leonard Woodcock will present personal letter from President Carter with regard to MIA's and normalizing relations
